Paired with anxiety and, eventually – depression, these bad life choices kept dragging me down until I became fed up.

I tried to change myself, and working on good habits was one of the things I worked on in my personal growth story.

After working on my introvert-focused self-improvement for the past seven years, I can honestly say that constant, conscious self-improvement is a life-changing choice!

How Can I Have Fun Building Good Habits In My Life?

 

The fun thing about building good habits is that they can be gamified. You can choose which habits you want to adopt, track them (here’s a super handy, free habit tracker for that), or set yourself up for a fun challenge to help yourself keep going.

 

Implementing one or two good habits significantly improves your life, and you gain energy to work on yourself more.

Sooner or later, you find yourself being a power machine!
